Shipping & Delivery
As part of our ongoing commitment to environmental responsibility we strive to use sustainable and recyclable packaging and packing materials. Our airbag packing products all use biodegradable plastics. Simply use a knife and cut through airbags prior to disposal and then place in your recycle bin. All incoming cardboard, polystyrene and plastic products to our facility are compressed and baled to be collected to be ethically recycled or disposed of under ethical waste transfer guidelines.
How Long Do Deliveries Take?
Typically, an order for our handmade collections are between 2 and 5 weeks to dispatch. Limehouse 1900 collections typically 3 to 5 days to dispatch – unless specifically agreed by arrangement with The Limehouse Lamp Company’s customer service team on 1 (844)-857-6337 or email@example.com. Items will need to be signed for on delivery. other arrangements can be made, but these would have to be at the customer’s risk. Please note that any items received damaged must be raised with The Limehouse Lamp Company within 5 working days of receipt and prior to installation. Please note that whilst we endeavour to ensure that our carrier service provider delivers goods according to schedule, we cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or cost resulting from the late delivery of goods. We strongly advise that you do NOT book trades people for installation until your goods have arrived and inspected.
Delivery & Shipping Service
At the Limehouse Lamp Company we like to make the delivery process as simple as possible. We offer a fixed percentage shipping cost based at 26% of the value of a retail order under $500. Orders between $500 and $1000 are subject to a charge of 22% of the value of the retail order. Orders over $1000 attract a 20% shipping fee based upon the retail value of the order.
Shipping is door to door tracked courier (Air Freight) DHL or specified other, to United States (48 States / Provinces) & Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan).
Note: This cost does not include local taxes and duties which are paid by the receiving party.
In the instance of returns, if the circumstance is due to a fault or issue with an item we will arrange a collection within a 5-day period by arrangement and replacement within a specified period once goods have been returned and inspected. A goods returns note must be requested for returned goods to be managed in accordance with our warranty policy. In the instance of an incorrect order by customer fault we will charge a collection fee of the required amount at cost and 20% restocking fee due to the custom-made nature of our products. Any damage to a fixture upon return will be the liability of the sender and will render the light non-returnable for refund.
